This is a commemorative cover marking England's World Cup victory in 1966. It was issued by a stamp shop in Bradford, and is postmarked 18 August 1966 from Harrow & Wembley.
The cover is in fairly worn condition, with a tear to the envelope flap, loss on the front over the stamp shop name, and some marks. There is a card stiffener inside.
