Original Argentine 29 inch x 43 inch Poster for the 1979 Volker Volker Schlöndorff Drama THE TIN DRUM, based on the novel by Gunter Grass and starring David Bennent, Mario Adorf, Angela Winkler, Daniel Olbrychski, Andrea Ferreol and Charles Aznavour.
Oskar is born in Germany in 1924 with an advanced intellect. Repulsed by the hypocrisy of adults and the irresponsibility of society, he refuses to grow older after his third birthday. While the chaotic world around him careers toward the madness and folly of World War II, Oskar pounds incessantly on his beloved tin drum.
The poster is in good to very good folded condition with some fold separation.
