Original 9 7/8 inch x 7 7/8 inch Black and White Publicity Still of JOSÉ FERRER as Henri Toulouse-Lautrec in the 1952 John Huston Drama MOULIN ROUGE.
Huston’s vibrant biopic of post-Impressionist artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec focuses on the garish colours, wild times and wayward characters captured so vividly in his paintings of late 19th century Montmartre.
The Still is attributed to photographer Eric Gray.
The still is in good to very good condition with a small piece of surface paper loss upper right, minor foxing at the left border, minor surface marks and a credit list taped to the reverse.
