Published by Ferdinand Stracke, Reichenberg, not numbered, 1911.
Postally used on 4 August 1911 with Nieder-Adersbach cancellation, stamp removed, and sent to Wien.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps and light album marks, but scuff to bottom right corner and crease to left centre bottom.
