Published by Lévy Fils et Cie, Paris, No LL 15.

Postally used on 4 April 1907 with Versailles cancellations on two green 5 centimes stamps and sent to Mademoiselle Marthe Lesage, 22 Rue Victor Hugo, Boulogne sur Mer, Pas-de-Calais and with receipt postmark for Boulogne on 5 April 1907.

Good condition, with some corner bumps.
