"I, William Phillips Thompson, F.C.S., M.I.M.E., of the firm of W. P. Thompson & Co., 322 High Holborn, in the County of Middlesex, and 6 Lord Street, Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, Chartered Patent Agents, do hereby declare the nature of this invention and in what manner the same is to be performed, to be particularly described and ascertained in and by the following statement: This invention has reference more especially, to the means and manner of combining the presser with the presser-carrying arm of a flier..."
