Our philosophy is...to give our customers exactly what we would want ourselves. It's that simple. So we offer gifts and baskets that we would buy for ourselves. We offer items that we're not ashamed to give to family and friends. We wanted gifts and baskets that we wouldn't be afraid to sell to a complete and total stranger and be confident that they'd be impressed with the value for their money.
WE WANTED:
LOTS of goodies in each basket! In fact, we wanted more than our competition...and we give it! - Excellent customer service.
Variety in our baskets so they could be used for many occasions. Convenience. We wanted our shoppers to be able to do an entire YEAR's worth of gift shopping in one sitting if they desired!
WE DIDN'T WANT:
Fluff. We didn't want baskets filled with layers and layers of cellophane and filler! It's useless...and doesn't taste good! Besides, men seem to enjoy our baskets more because there are more treats and less fluff. (But we still make them look great!) High prices. The object isn't to gouge your wallet - it's to offer something that is fun to give and to receive...without crying over the bill in the corner! Winter-only shipping on candy baskets containing chocolate. Many candy stores only offer their chocolate items during the winter. What good is that? We wanted to offer our chocolate year-round! So we do! We spent a lot of time working on the perfect insulation system for our chocolate candy baskets, and we did it! (at a minimal cost, too!) One-time buyers. We didn't want customers to buy from us once and then be so disgusted with our service or the quality/price of our baskets that they don't come back.
We're proud of what we do and how we do it - and with how our small internet business is growing!
