Some Information About mikepayn
We have been selling on-line for three years since I had a bad bike accident and been stuck at home with nothing to do.
We always vowed that we would never subject others to what we had been through on-line. We always sell quality products at fair prices (not what we think we can get away with!). We always post promptly, always charge a fair postage price and will always refund if you don't like it.
We sell mainly "Fair Trade" goods and safe, "Green" garden products but we also try to pass on any bargains we see. 90% of what we sell we use ourselves - If we don't like it, we son't sell it!.
We have moved over from another eCommerce site :o) because they got greedy, couldn't care less about their sellers, charged too much (which we had to pass on to you) and because they had too many scammers.
The eBid community seem so much more civilised!!!
Finally, when buying more than one item please email first for best postage price!
On smaller items we will use Royal Mail and will always quote a cheaper 2nd Class postage first so you get the most economical overall deal. As we always dispatch within 1 working day of your order, 2nd class post with us is as good as 1st class post with some others. We dispatch Monday to Friday lunchtimes, orders placed after 11.00 am will be dispatched the next working day. We always obtain a "Certificate of Posting" receipt, which is as good as Insurance for the first £32 in value, for more valuable items we'll get a quote for Insurance. For any mixture of postage items please email for best quote - We don't aim to make a profit out of postage, just more or less break even. We will always post overseas if needed please use "Ask seller a question" - "Email the Seller" for a competitive quote. |
On Larger items we will dispatch by either ANC/FedEx Couriers or Parcel Force, whichever gives the better price &/or
service for that particular parcel/destination. Both will collect from our premises in the afternoon (weekdays) and both offer
a next working day delivery and an economy 2/3 working day delivery service.
All our "New" items are new - not refurbished, repaired, rejuvenated,
repatriated from the back of a lorry or reconstructed from the parts of several broken items !! So if I say
it is 'New' it is because I bought it believing it to be new and haven't used it. Anything else is used, I
don't touch things up to make them look new. Any Second hand items are always marked as such. I
occasionally buy catalogue returns but will ALWAYS advise of such in the listing. Please remember, with
us you always have full consumer rights. We will always replace damaged or faulty items.
