Please visit our website for great value items. We supply a range of accessories for PCs and games consoles such as Xbox, Sony Playstation 1 and 2, and Nintendo Gamecube. Our PC range includes the JR inkjet universal printer ink/refill and compatible cartridge range, which are excellent products at equally impressive prices, webcams and novelty mouse mats. We are continously expanding the range of our products offered on eBid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Dispatch of orders
An order will only be processed after receipt of cleared funds. For a pppay.com/FastPay/PayPal payment, this is immediate. For cheques, please allow upto 5 working days for funds to clear, once your cheque has been received. For postal orders and banker's drafts, please allow 1 working day for the processing of the draft/order once it has been received.

Once funds have cleared, an order will be dispatched within 2 working days, although we endeavour to dispatch the same or next day. The large majority of UK orders are sent using Royal Mail first-class recorded delivery. This usually takes 1-2 days but this is dependant on the postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for postal service delays. Please note that recorded delivery requires a signature on receipt.

If an order is returned to us by the postal service, due to non-collection or any other reason that is not our fault, we will only re-send once an additional payment has been made for the extra postage and packaging costs.

For international orders, we offer the choice of air mail which takes 3-5 days, or the less expensive surface mail which takes 2-8 weeks dependant on destination.

2. Postage and Packaging
Our postage and packaging charges to UK destinations are stated clearly on every item listing. For charges to other destinations, please contact us with details of the relevant item(s).

Postage and packaging charges include our cost of postage (including recorded delivery fee if appropriate), packaging costs, and a small handling fee. Handling fees are minimal and often only the difference required to round up total postage and packaging charges to £1.99, £2.49, etc. When postage and packaging charges are high, this is because the item is heavy and therefore the base postage costs are high.

3. Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us immediately if you have believe to have grounds for a claim.

4. Returns
Items must be returned to us at the cost of the buyer, and adequately insured if necessary. If an item is found to be faulty then the buyer will be re-imbursed their return postage costs and offered a full-refund or replacement item. If an item is found to be in good working order and is to be returned to the buyer then they must pay for the additional postage costs of this before the item will be returned.

5. Payment
It is the buyer's responsibility to honour any agreement to purchase and ensure that the correct payment reaches us in a timely manner. Payments that are delayed or lost in the post are not our responsibility. Please do not send cash payments unless adequately insured and you obtain proof of postage. We recommend using recorded delivery if cash payments are to be sent. If paying by cash, please send exact amount as we can not guarantee being able to send correct change.

6. Listing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel auctions for items listed in error or that are no longer available. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable alternative, or issue a full refund if this is not possible.
