POLICIES

SHIPPING and  INSURANCE 
KLMATBITSANDBOBS is a legal and fully registered business. We recognise our responsibilities, such as making sure your item gets to you. Sellers who don't accept this responsibility for items lost in post are breaking the law? It is the seller's responsibility to make sure you get your item. We say that if not using insured methods of post it is at your own risk. This statement is not against the law because, unfortunately, uninsured, post is not traceable. We have had buyers make false claims of non delivery. I have logged a successful claim with Royal Mail then sent the customer a replacement item only to find that they have listed the second  item elsewhere. We always get proof of postage, so on the rare occasion you do not get your item within 21 days of postage we will always make a claim for lost post. Please be aware these claims are not always successful.  If this is the case we will offer you a credit note to redeem against any other Ebid item within our shop. We do offer two options of  insurance. It may cost a little more but  when insurance is purchased KLMATBITSANDBOBS dose  guarantee a replacement, a refund where there is no  identical replacement or a credit note of the full amount to be redeemed at any time on our  Ebid items. This only applies to insured items  that have not been delivered within 21 days.

  By not purchasing  insurance you are accepting that as the customer the package will be shipped at your own risk.

RETURNS POLICY 
Please email us within 3 days . We will arrange for you to return it to us and therefore offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. (refunds are excluding postage costs). 

We regret that due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns after seven days or if the item has been worn.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
All items are very carefully packaged and shipped in top quality padded envelopes, items are also pre-wrapped in a velvet bag (when no velvet bags are available your item will be wrapped in bubble wrap) . If however  your item does arrive damaged please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange for you to return the item to us in the packaging received.  
If there is an  identical replacement  available we will  ship it out to you on receipt of the returned item along with a refund for your return carriage cost.  However if  no identical replacement is available you will be offered a substitute, a  refund or a credit note.   We can only refund/replace items damaged whilst in transit, we are not  responsible for any accidental damage caused during use.  For this reason please carefully  remove it from the  packaging and do not insert any jewellery into your piercing until you are totally happy that there is no  faults.

  We can only accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit once  notified within 3 days of receipt.

Feedback

 Feedback is always left at the end of the transaction, once the buyer has confirmed safe receipt of their item. Please do not e-mail asking for feedback to be left before this. Please e-mail me with any problems before leaving bad feedback as in the past buyers have left unnecessary neutral or negative feedback. It is a costly procedure to have these silly 'off the cuff' comments removed once the problem has been resolved. I hate to have to add in the next bit as it  makes me unhappy to do so. If the bidder has made no attempt to contact me to rectify problems before leaving feedback, I have no option but to warn other eBay sellers of the bidder's lack of communication skills. Problems can always be resolved as long as I know about them.

All prices already include 17.5% vat. We are fully insured with public liability insurance and fully tax and vat registered. klmatbibsandbobs is a legal trading name and all pictures  and written word within are copyright protected.

Handling is kept to a minimum, but please do sterilise all jewellery before insertion. KLMATBITSANDBOBS  cannot accept any responsibility for harm or injury caused by use of these items if you have not sterilised before insertion. All our items are safe for the majority of people, and do comply with the relevant laws. Please make sure your jewellery is suitable for your piercing. We are covered by public liability insurance (by law every business that is tax and vat viable should be, those that are not run the risk of massive claims and are breaking the law) which covers me for certain claims from the public.

Dangling navel bars should not be worn while sleeping or bathing, as this can damage them and you. This kind of damage is self inflicted and is not covered by public liability insurance.
