Hi,

I've been an Ebid member for quite a while but am now starting to list a larger number of items here as I'm fed up with paying expensive Ebay fees. I am an Ebay Powerseller and have a 100% feedback rating of over 2300. So please bid with confidence - you are buying from a trusted seller.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

We only offer good quality products and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply.

 1.       If the goods you received were incorrect because of our error we will pay all delivery costs, including those cost of the safe return of the correct goods back to you customer.

2.       All sales are final, no refunds. Any shortages or damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of reciept. Exchange of defective parts only within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly of item. All postage expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any goods or any defective parts are the customer’s responsibility. This means if the goods have to be returned we will not pay the postage charges either way.

3.       In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs to you, we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any problems over the phone or via email. Failing that, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number which must be included with its return. After the return of goods they will be inspected / any faulty item/s repaired and if necessary replaced with the same or equivalent or better.

PAYMENT

After each auction finishes we will issue an invoice.
We ask for payment to be received within 7 days of auction completion please.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that fails to complete within 7 working days of final closing bid or date of 'buy it now' sale.

Unpaid items will be relisted and non-paying bidders reported

On some but not all of our auctions we accept payments by cheque (Made payable to G Williams) and uncrossed postal order in GB£ only.

On ALL auctions we accept payments via Google Checkout (PREFERRED), PPPay, PayPal.If paying via Google Checkout, PayPal or PPPay, goods will be sent to the verified address of the account holder, otherwise goods are sent to the address provided by eBid in the notification of sale email. 

PPPay accounts MUST be verified by users prior to payment

POSTAGE & PACKAGING 

We cannot accept personal responsibility for any breakages or for post going astray. Goods are covered appropriately by the purchaser's chosen mailing option and, in the case of standard postage, we always retain a certificate of posting to enable us to take appropriate action should there be any delivery problems.

We do not profit by overcharging on postage. The price stated reflects the standard packaging, administration and postage / delivery costs.

NON PAYERS
If you bid on our auctions you make a contract with us to purchase the item if you win.
Non payers will be blacklisted, they will be reported to site admin and appropriate negative feedback will be left.
