TERMS and CONDITIONS

We want to give you a personal service as much as possible and We are happy to answer any questions, so please ask. Below we have noted down some necessary rules because should something go wrong with your delivery all parties involved know where we stand.

We wish you a happy shopping experience and we hope you always enjoy your purchase with us.



1.0 YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
After auction closure you will receive an invoice. You can pay through the payment options listed in your invoice. If you are not clear what to do, please email us. Below are our payment options.

1.1 From within the UK: BANK TRANSFER, P. O., PERSONAL CHEQUES, PAYPAL (verified), NOCHEX.
We try to keep our prices as low as possible and we prefer Bank Transfer, which is free for most UK current accounts with on-line banking. If you do not have on-line banking, you can pay into our account at any Barclay's branch (cash over the counter). You can also send Postal Orders or cheques, but cheques will delay your delivery because of seven days clearing time (only for first time buyer, regular buyers do not need to wait for cheque clearance).

We also offer Paypal as a payment option for buyers who do not have on-line banking and wish to pay with their credit/debit card, although this is NOT our preferred option. At the moment we can only accept payments from VERIFIED Paypal members.

1.2. From outside the United Kingdom: BANK TRANSFER (GB Sterling or EURO) & PAYPAL (At the moment we can only accept payments from VERIFIED Paypal members)

1.2.1 NEW Euro-zone
: You can now pay through cheap IBAN bank transfer within the EURO zone. A transfer averages
3 to 5 days (we will supply our bank details on request).


2.0 YOUR DELIVERIES (we can only ship to a physical address - NO P.O. Box!)
All delivery costs are displayed on the item page and should automatically appear in your invoice. Please make sure you look up the correct postage amount for your destination BEFORE YOUR BID.

2.1 UK deliveries
We will get PROOF OF POSTAGE for items up to GB£28 destined within the UK. If an item gets lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist with a claim. You can request Recorded Delivery for 70p per item extra. For higher valued items (GB£28 and higher) paid via Paypal, a traceable posting method which includes insurance is compulsory and paid for by the buyer.

2.2 International deliveries - WE ONLY SHIP TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS - NO P.O. BOX!
Shipping prices quoted in our advertisement do not include insurance (unless stated otherwise) because the fee is calculated on the final purchase price. The buyer can purchase insurance or take the risk for loss and/or damage. We are happy to quote for insurance on request before you make your bid, but the final cost will depend on the selling price. For higher valued items (US$56 and higher), a traceable posting method which includes insurance is compulsory and paid for by the buyer.

We will send you an email with an estimated delivery date when we dispatch your item. If you find that your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please notify us by email or otherwise within 5 days from the estimated delivery date, so we can investigate the matter. If there is any damage to the packet or if an item has arrived damaged, request a written statement from the delivery person describing the damage. You need to inform us about any damage immediately or within 2 days after delivery at the latest. IMPORTANT: Without a statement from the delivery person describing the damage, the Post Office or Courier Company will not accept any liability. Keep the parcel in it's damaged condition, including all packaging.  
 

3.0 YOUR RETURNS
We will do our best to describe an item as accurate as possible. We do not sell 'on approval'. However, we will accept the return of an item within 7 days, if you have a genuine reason for a complaint (e.g. it was wrongly described).

If an item is faulty on arrival, we will either exchange the item free of charge or offer a refund at our discretion (delivery costs are not refundable).
Returned goods must be complete and in their original condition. Sealed or shrink wrapped goods must be unopened. Software, audio and video products are non-returnable.

Before you return an item, you need to contact us by email. You will receive a return confirmation code, which must be affixed outside the parcel/letter and must be clearly visible.
IMPORTANT: Any item arriving without a return code will be returned to you unopened.
