In the unlikely event you encounter a playback problem during the first 7 days of receipt rendering the video unwatchable, please return it for a full refund (if the video is confirmed as being unwatchable on my equipment and the fault was not caused by the buyer or the buyers video player). Not applicable for video format incompatibility.
