PAYMENT
We prefer Paypal, it clears at once and we can send your item immediately.
We welcome overseas buyers, but require that you pay via Paypal.
Payment is expected within seven days of purchase.
POLICIES
Please contact us as soon as you can if you have an issue about your purchase and we will do our very best to resolve the problem for you.
You can return items if they are no longer required. Please return them in the same condition as they were sent and within 14 working days of receiving the item.
If you have a few moments to drop us a line when you receive your purchase we would be happy to hear from you and delighted if you think your purchase and service deserve positive feedback.
We love to have happy customers so if you buy something from 'The Irish Barn' and are unhappy with it for any reason please contact us.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay return postage for refunds but we would ask you to contact us if this is a problem.
The Irish Barn is happy to ship most of its items WORLDWIDE
Please note, this doesn't include larger pieces of furniture for which postage destinations are individually specified.
Also, a few of our more delicate items have been marked as UK postage only.
UK - All postage includes tracking and insurance, and will be sent within 1 business day
USA and INTERNATIONAL - Large items will be sent by tracked, insured shipping. Small items by Royal Air Mail, we also offer fully tracked post for a small additional charge (please convo us). All items will be sent within 1-2 business days.
All non-UK post which is more than £16.70 will be fully tracked and insured. Below this price the item will be insured and can be tracked on request.
Please note if the postage costs turn out to be substantially cheaper than quoted once we get to the Post Office we are happy to make a refund to customers.
