My wife and I own Reggies and Geraldines Watches,Jewellery,Golf,Designer labels,Playing cards,Dominoes,Mahjong,We have Pro 1-9 in Golf Balls,Ties and adding more products all the time.Thanks for looking regards Reggie and Geraldine.We go to great lengths to describe goods honestly and as they are,we always pack items securely. All goods are photographed at despatch and returns. Most of our goods are brand new except for our Monopoly token range and even some of them are new.We use Royal Mail and trackable envelopes and parcels,and always get proof of postage and share with the customers.We also use EVRI,DPD and DHL depending who delivers the safest and fastest taking strikes into account etc.My returns policy is simple we deliver free.If for any reason your goods arrive damaged or the wrong size let us know as soon as possible.I only ask that you return goods in the same condition as sent in respect of wrong sizes etc.Returns are at your expense and we will change sizes of item and deliver free again.In the unlikely event of damaged goods please return at your expense and items will be repaired or replaced and delivered free 1st class.Your consumer rights are protected in law under consumer protection laws of 1st October 2015.I am available on twitter under Reg Annal (reggies watches)Why not look at our brand new website www.reggiesgeraldines.com Thank you take care Geraldine and Reggie.
