We strive to earn your trust by making sure our watches are authentic, first and foremost, and that the auctions descriptions are accurate, the prices fair, and and our service exemplary. We take care of the watches that we sell so that you do not need to worry about what you receive.
Trust is a two-way street as well, and we have generally worked through customer referrals. This has allowed us a certain measure of screening, to know our clients better and to feel comfortable spending time at their service. Online auctions are a way to introduce ourselves to a wider audience, so we look forward to meeting and working with each one of you in your purchase or watch collecting efforts.
We
guarantee the watches and other items that are auctioned to be authentic and original, unless otherwise
specifically noted (i.e.
aftermarket straps, bracelets, dials, diamonds etc).
We accept
Google Checkout, Paypal, money orders, cashier checks, personal checks,
bankwire. Paypal accounts must be verified and have confirmed address. Google Checkout accounts must have AVS and CVV checks passed.
Money orders and checks will require a minimum of 10 business
days for funds to clear before shipping. We prefer Google
Checkout. We would give a discount of 3% if paid by bank wire. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods, and/or request certain payment methods.
Massachusetts state residents will pay 5% sales tax.
International bidders:
Bidders with
confirmed Paypal addresses may pay by Paypal. Google Checkout
is also accepted provided AVS and CVV checks are passed. For all others, please pay by bankwire or
bank cheque drawn on USD. Cheques require a minimum of 20 business days
for funds to clear before shipping. Bankwire payment will
receive a 3% discount. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods, and/or request certain payment methods.
Shipping
Policy:
We
ship globally. While we recognize that shipping costs are
expensive for international bidders, please be aware that insurance
costs are expensive and are required. Shipments will be to
the confirmed Paypal
address; to the AVS associated address linked to the Google Checkout account; to the address printed on the personal check; or, in the case
of money orders or bankwires, to a designated
address. All shipments will be sent with insurance
and tracking. All import duties/taxes are the
responsibility of the buyer. Please contact the relevant
local authorities for the applicable ordinances and duty
rates. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain destinations; in such cases, any payments will be fully refunded.
Returns Policy:
We
offer a 3-day return policy from the date of receipt only if the watch
is substantially not as described. Refunds will not include
the cost of shipping item to buyer, or the cost incurred to ship the
watch, fully insured, back to us. A 3% restocking fee is
assessed
such returns, no
exceptions. Please contact us within 3-days in such cases. If within 30 days of
date of receipt, the manufacturer, its service center, boutique store
or authorized dealer attests in
writing on letterhead that the watch is counterfeit, then
we
will refund the full amount with no restocking fee. Please
contact us directly
before sending the watch back. All sales are final after 30 days.
Warranty
Policy:
Our
watches are serviced by a master watchmaker prior to sale. In
some cases where noted, the watch was serviced by the manufacturer's
own service center prior to sale. We offer a 90-day (or
longer if specified in auction listing)
mechanical, labor and parts warranty. Where appropriate, the
manufacturer's own warranty for its service will prevail. Our
warranty
does not cover shock, accidents or abuse; the strap/bracelet or the buckle; the battery or battery change;
the crystal; the balance staff (if applicable); or water damage.
Please note, we do not guarantee water resistance or water
proof for any watches, and under no circumstances will we be
responsible for, or repair under warranty, any watch that shows water
damage.
