Xhilaration Multi Colored No Shoulder Sleeveless Elastic Chest Sun Dress Size M, no material is listed on tags, the chest area is made up of 8.5 inches wide section elastic with 2 ties on each side at back. Colors are a cream with purple, black, browns and aqua blue/green. Difficult to Measure so these are just close but not exact, 26 inches around at top of elastic, unstretched and 22 at bottom of elastic unstretched, no sleeves or shoulders, measures 29 inches in total length.
