Vintage Brass Miniature Crinoline Lady Bell
A little bit of patina and a few dents, all consistant with age.
The wire that holds the clapper looks to be a bit stretched (can be replaced or bent back to it's normal length) but is still functional.
All in all a nicely aged piece.

Weighs 95g
Believed to be Victorian but this could be wrong, it could be Edwardian. Certainly somewhere close to this time.
