From The Editor

Dear WORKBASKET Readers:

This holiday issue was really fun for us to plan and put together, even though it seems crazy to take Thanksgiving and Christmas photographs during the heat of our past Midwest summer, then to finish up in September. Although it does put us in the holiday spirit early.

The most fun was taking our cover photo at 10 am. one morning in July. Our precious cover child is David, who is only three years old (not a professional model child), was unbelievably cooperative for his age. At first, he didn’t understand why he had to put on his pajamas at that hour of the morning, so he asked if he really had to go to sleep. We replied that this was only make believe so all he had to do was pretend when we said “Go to sleep, David.” He was a real “ham” in front of the camera and certainly looks like he fell asleep while waiting for Santa We think he’s adorable and hope you do too.

All of us at The WORKBASKET wish you the best, most memorable and special holidays ever.

Editor
