Scruples by Judith Krantz Vintage Romance Hardcover Book 1st Edition?

Item: A hardcover copy of Scruples by Judith Krantz.
Manufacturer: Unknown.
Condition: Used, fair condition.
-The Good: The pages are in overall good shape. They don’t have any major wear or damage that would affect readability. The binding is good with no loose pages.
-The Bad: The covers have wear from age and storage. Some of the corners are bent in. The dust jacket is missing. There is some sort of staining on the inner faces of the covers. The pages have yellowing from age. It looks like someone ripped the page or pages with the authors name and publishing information out of the book at some point. I have no idea what year this book was printed, who published it, where it was published, etc. Given that it looks like an older book, this could possibly be a first edition, but I don’t know. It looks like there is a small glue stain on page 381 and 382. The previous owner’s signature is on one of the front pages.
Measurements: 8 1/8” tall, 5 9/16” wide, and 7/8” cover to cover.
Other Information: Like I said, I really don’t have a lot of information on this particular copy of this book. I only was able to find out who the author was by doing some research. This still would be a decent reading copy of this great romance novel.
