this is a lightly used usb 2.0 bluetooth dongle............it lights up when inserted and then fails because it cannot find a driver...........i use windows 11...........drivers are available for download online..........and this was meant for older versions of windows and i believe mac...........it is in very good condition and will work after a driver is downloaded for your operating system..........i do not think it will work with newer windows versions............but there always seems to be a work around............
