Piece 4 – Front Inset has a small piece ripped off of it.
Butterick 4828 Ca. 1970s. Sewing Pattern for Misses maternity dress, top and pants in a size 14. The pattern pieces for the pants are uncut. The pieces for the Dress/top have been cut out to the longer length for the dress.

Butterick 4828 MISSES’ MATERNITY DRESS, TOP & PANTS
Semi-fitted, slightly-flared dress, in below mid-knee length, or top, gathered into front inset, has pointed collar, neckline slit, extended shoulders, below elbow length roll-up sleeves and topstitch trim. With or without pockets in side seams. Straight-legged pants have elasticized waistline.
FABRICS: Soft fabrics such as Broadcloth, Muslin, Gauze, Denim, Poplin, Crepe, Flannel, Chambray, Gingham, Challis, Lightweight Gabardine, Pinwale Corduroy and Double Knits.
Obvious diagonal fabrics are not suitable. For one-way design: use nap yardage and nap layout. Allowance for matching plaid and stripes not included in yardages given.
NOTIONS: Straight Seam Binding (optional) also 1-1/8 yds. of 3/4” Elastic and Wide Bias Tape for Pants.

Notes:
Piece 4 has a small piece ripped off of it and has 2 small rips in it. (See Pictures).
Piece 5 Back - Dress & Top: Someone started to cut this to the shorter length for the top, stopped 4/5 of the way through and taped the cut back together.
Piece 3 Front - Dress & Top: The piece is cut to the longer length for the dress so it is still usable for both the dress and the top.
The pattern package weighs 2 ounces (55 gr). Shipping weight will be 85 grams.
The pattern envelope measures 8-1/8 X 5-3/8 X 3/4 inches (20.9 X 14 X 2 cm).
The envelope is in poor condition. It has tears on the top and front, some of the front is missing. The flap is missing. There is a tear in the bottom. The envelope has some scribbling on it. (See pictures).

That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. And I will state in the listing if any pieces are missing. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the actual pattern pieces, the cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.
Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.
Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
