Vintage Seahorse Design Art Pottery Bud Vase - Marked

Fabulous little vase in a white glaze with seahorse and bubble design. Inscribed on the base with a monogram which looks like 'KM'? It also has the letters 'I' and 'Z' and '56' which I presume might be the date. I'm afraid I don't know the potter. In good condition no chips or cracks. There is a little ink on the base inside which needs to be soaked off - think somebody must have used it as a pen pot ! Height 8.5cms, width 4cms, width at base 5cms.
