Some Information About etraders2011
We are new to ebid, but we are glad to be here.
Have traded on the rival site (ebay) since 2002, have over 500 positive feedback, 100% rating, search for etraders2011, or my shop etraders Fashion and Sport Store. So you can buy with confidence.
I have opened a website of our own www.etradersfss.co.uk where I am selling items from there on here, but also on here, I am selling goods from other suppliers to help spread the word and offer you a wider range of items too.
We will be adding more items on a daily basis, with more stock coming in.
But we hope you like what you see, and we look forward to dealing with you soon.
We send ALL goods via Royal Mail, standard deliver (with Proof of Postage, incase something goes missing, so free insurance) or by RECORDED delivery or by Courier, this way we can both track where the item is, and you need to sign for the item, for your peace of mind.
We don't charge you the full postage fee, just a part of it, as we would like your business, and that you tell others of our friendly service, and quality goods we have on offer.

If you need to return the item, it doesn't fit or you don't like it, then you can send it back for a refund. As long as they are still with tags, not worn or used, (see terms & conditions) I will refund you your fee, but I will be unable to refund the cost of your postage to me.

We will not accept returns for underwear, headphones, swimwear, sale items or jewellery. If you have paid p&p on your order then we not to refund this cost to you if you return an item that is the wrong size, ordered in error or not suitable, but will only refund the cost of the goods to you.
