Shipment of all items will be by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All Himalyan Treasures products will carry the appropriate level of insurance for the product(s) purchased. Because the items listed on Himalayan Treasures are handmade and not stored in warehouses in quantity, these items can take longer to ship. Please allow 10 to 20 days for delivery of these products to U.S. locations.
Return Policy for Copper Bars & Rounds – within 7 days after buyer receives product – full refund with return authorization number
Customers who are unhappy with their purchase may return the product within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, must be returned in the plastic sleeves in which they were shipped and must be returned in the same good condition in which they were originally shipped. Please contact us for an RA number before you send your items back. Refunds will not be granted without a legitimate RA.

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and should be shipped by a trackable shipping service. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, must be returned in the original packaging in which they were shipped and must be returned in the same good condition in which they were originally shipped.
