 We have been selling on since 2000 and buyers recognize Zayix Stamps & Collectibles, LLC as a name you can trust to bring you quality stamps and collectibles. ZayixStamps owners Steve & Theresa Stewart work tirelessly to ensure your purchases are identified and described accurately, packed securely, and mailed quickly so that the treasures you invest your hard-earned money in can find a home in your collections as soon as possible. As collectors ourselves, we understand you want the best items possible for your collection. We search the world to find items we think you will want and share them with you at a fair price. Payment

You may hold your payment for items pending the close of future auctions up to 15 days. All items must be paid within 15 days. Items unpaid after 15 days will be automatically cancelled on day 19 and you may be blocked from future auctions.

Combined Shipping

• If you are bidding on multiple item please request a total or wait for our invoice before paying for your winning bids.
• We will attempt to ship all orders paid on the same day in a single shipment using our standard shipping/handling fees. If you complete your purchases as separate transactions, we will only refund excess shipping when requested. In addition, we will charge a surcharge for each combined order to cover our increased expense and the separate transaction fees charged to us by .
• We will not refund excess amounts of $2 or less per transaction.
• We will not refund excess shipping for more than three transactions from the same customer in a single day.

Domestic Tracking and Insurance

• Purchases in the US that include only items valued $20 or less and with an order total value of $50 or less will be shipped with tracking and insurance using the Standard Envelope.
• Orders that include items sold for $20.01 or more, but less than $40 total value will be shipped with tracking provided by a third party tracking provider and without insurance unless requested and purchased by the buyer. These items are shipped at the risk of the buyer unless insurance/tracking is added for an additional cost. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping the buyer agrees to NOT open a claim with .

Foreign Shipping Surcharge

• Out-of-country/overseas orders under $40 are shipped at the buyer's risk and WITHOUT tracking or insurance unless an appropriate tracked/insured shipping method is selected at check out.
• Buyers outside the US who have items shipped without tracking agree that they WILL NOT open an item not received case with if the item should not arrive by the expected date. 
• We pack all items carefully so that they are protected, but since these orders are shipped without insurance, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. The buyer agrees to NOT open a return or claim with if the item is received in damaged condition.
• We reserve the right to require tracking and insurance regardless of the size of the order any reason we deem necessary.

Domestic and Foreign Orders Over $40

Orders over $40 (foreign and domestic) MUST be shipped with tracking and insurance. If our standard shipping calculations (collected during checkout) do not cover the amount needed to ship your items, you will be required to purchase an additional shipping add on to cover the cost. The shipping add-on is a separate item and should only be purchased if we ask you do so.

Customs, Taxes and Tariffs

We attach a customs form to all orders foreign orders over $40 (excluding shipping). We WILL NOT falsify customs forms by declaring the item as a gift. Please, do not ask. Many countries do not charge duty on philatelic items and ephemera, but in the cases where they do all applicable taxes such as VAT and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
