Vintage Sebastian Miniature Figurine - America Remembers - Family Picnic - sculpted in 1979 by Prescott Baston. This was a Limited Edition Issue, and production ceased in 1981. Perfect condition. Base is 4 1/4" wide. 3/ 1/2" tall.
Sebastian Miniatures are a series of small castable ceramic (chalkware) sculptures or figurines first produced by Prescott W Baston Sr. in 1938 until his death in 1984. Each miniature produced is hand painted with meticulous detail. No two look exactly alike.
This item was part of Grandma's collection so does not have the original box, as she proudly displayed her treasures. It will come securely wrapped in a gift box.
