Book measures 7 1/2" x 5 1/4". Front cover are in very Poor condition wear especially on the corners. There are 2 long cresaes on the front of the cover. One crease is cut 1/2" starting on the sides of the front cover. The cut from tht front of the cover also affects the first 4 pages which includes the title page. Creases affect the front of the cover plus the first 2 pages. First 21 pages are on Poor condition. front and back cover has wrinkles/creases. scratches on the back of the cover. 2 bent corners.
