Supports FireWire Host Connections
NoWrite FPU is an IDE Drive Tailgate device that connects to the Host computer with a FireWire interface. Plug one side into your host and the other side into the an IDE or SATA hard disk. No drivers needed*. Just plug it in and it works!

Operating System Independent
Since NoWrite FPU is transparent to the computer and hard drive, it is transparent to the operating system and application software. NoWrite FPU will work with any operating system that supports FireWire.

Absolute Write Blocking
NoWrite's FPU's technology prevents the computer from writing to the hard disk. It is a TRUE hardware write blocker.

* No drivers are needed to read the data from a drive connected to NoWrite FPU. Drivers are required for the Enhanced Drive Access using the NoWrite FPU Utilities.
