This is Starswirl, from the Generation 3 My Little Pony line. This one is one of the 2005 McDonalds Happy Meal toys. She is approximately 3 inches tall, and comes as shown, loose with no accessories, and with her mane in need of heavy conditioning and grooming. Plus, she could use a good cleaning. See pictures for details. The quarter shown is for size comparison only, and is not included.

Payment is to be in U.S. funds of course.
For electronic payment methods, PayPal is it.
For old school payment methods, the preferred means would be Postal Money Order (that includes International Postal Money Orders as well, which buyers outside the U.S. should be able to purchase at their respective post offices).
