*Canadian buyers I highly recommend you check out my updated version "Canada Post Professional" of this tool on my shop it has 2 slots, 1 for letter mail and one for parcels.
Description:
You are looking at a Custom designed 3D printed, Post office measuring tool for your mail. This is a gauge to tell you if your mail is able to be sent regular letter mail or if it has to be sent oversized/parcel mail. If the envelope fits through this guide, it can be shipped via letter mail. I also have another design made for oversized mail (20mm), can be seen on my store!
This works for Canada. This should also work for Germany Norway, and England as well. Check your postal service to verify.
Canada post uses these at their outlets but you can not purchase them, so I created one. Any letter that is over 5 mm thick is either oversize mail or a parcel, which in Canada this really increases your shipping price dramatically....Its very handy to have this tool to know, what category your mail will be shipping in.
Dimensions
Outer - Length - 209mm x Width- 20mm x height 3mm
Inner (where to side the envelope in) - Length - 189mm X Width - 5mm X 3mm height
Also has a large opening so it can be hung on a wall or thumbtack.
I made a few versions of this as the first versions that were thinner than this were very flimsy and felt cheap. I designed this so it is durable. I added a ledge around it it make it even stronger. This was designed so i could check if your letter was too thick to make it into over sized mailing in Canada.
With this handy tool it makes it easy to check i just put my product in my envelop and slide it through. If it slides through i know it can be sent by regular letter mail, and not by parcel/ oversized.
Eliminates trips to the post office!

I ship Canada post at the lowest possible prices. I will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, minus on weekends. Currently I have no tracking on my shipments because with Canada post it would cost too much to ship, so please take that into consideration, prior to bidding. Also please note: Canada Post does not deliver on weekends, so if something is marked "shipped" on Friday , Saturday or Sunday, that item will not actually begin to start moving to its destination until the following Monday. Also, If your order is marked "shipped" no alterations or cancellations can be made to the order.
International buyers (USA included!) delivery may take up to 4 weeks. I can not control the time a package takes, once its shipped it's no longer in my hands. I have found that Canadian Customs and Canada post can be very slow at times. Due to Canada's sluggish customs and mail : I can not refund any international order that was shipped less than 28 days ago, as it can take that long from Canada. Duty fees, customs fees or Import fees, are not included in shipping charge.
Anywhere else Minus North America - Delivery May take 6-8 weeks.
If you want faster delivery or tracked shipping, please contact me prior to buying. I can offer a faster delivery or tracked but shipping will cost a lot more, because Canada post is extremely expensive.
We also pack the majority of our items within a bubble mailer, so its arrives to you safe!

- All 3D items are 100% brand new, never used!
- These designs have been printed and re printed multiple times to end up with a superior designed product. Some of these items have been remade
- upwards of a dozen times. Our designs are engineered and designed, tested and redesigned, to be better.
- Some prints that require exact dimension may be slightly off (max 1 mm) due to various factors.
- 3D printed items are not perfect they may have small lines, color variances or blemishes but this will not affect the intended use of the object.
Customization:
- We can also customize this item for your personal preference.
- We can make this item smaller or larger by scale. If smaller by scale the price remains the same, but if larger the price will increase depending on size.
- We can also increase the resolution to make a higher detailed print (as low as 20 microns, high quality prints half the width of a human hair) Any increase in resolution will also increase the price.
- If you expect any alterations to the design, the price will go up according to the work required.
- We can also print in different plastics or colors if you prefer(depending on stock).
