Answer From billsstamps [+31553] Sat 05 Feb 2022 17:59:33 (CEST) I charge one P&P no matter how many stamps you buy. In addition there is a "Baker's Dozen" discount, 9.23% discount for all stamps more than 12. Other sellers have different policies. Also, no dispatch Feb 22-26 as out of the office in Torquay.
