Boy Scouts of Canada Badge Patch - 1992 Yellowhead Jamborette
This badge was given out at the 1992 Yellowhead Jamborette that took place at the Anderson Ranch halfway between Edson and Hinton, Alberta. The Jamborette had a rodeo theme as the Anderson Ranch is where the Medicine Lodge Ride-a-rama takes place. The badge was given to all the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Ventures and Leaders, that attended the Jamborette, to be worn on their campfire blankets. The Jamborette was sponsored by the 1st Edson and 1st Pinedale groups of the Yellowhead district.
The Badge shows a horse surrounded by a golden horseshoe on a grey background with light blue piping around the edges. If you collected enough different Jamborette badges from the area Jamborettes they would form a circle on your campfire badge blanket.
The Badge is new and has never been sewn.
It measures 3-3/4 inches (9.5 cm) on the top X 2-3/4 inches (7 cm) down the side and 7/8 (2.25 m) inches across the bottom.
