Original British 11 inch x 8 3/8 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1947 James Flood Film Noir THE BIG FIX, based on a story by Sonia Chernus and starring James Brown, Sheila Ryan, Noreen Nash, Regis Toomey, Tom Noonan, John Shelton and Grantland Rice.
Ken Williams (Brown), a star basketball player on a college team learns that a police lieutenant (Toomey) is the head of a gambling ring attempting to fix basketball games by bribing the players. With the aid of some of his ex-GI buddies, he exposes the gamblers.
