Interesting the late year of the copper type (1622-1655) from the LOCAL emission of Philipp IV (1621- 1665) in nice condition.. This coinage is excellent sample of struggle of Catalonia for its interdependency from Spain.. The territory proclaimed its king the king of France in 1640th, that is why the coinage was with Luis XIV of France rather then with Philipp IV those years.. After the recognition by Philipp IV the rights of Catalonia, it restored the local coinage with his portrait..
