Pulled from a car that had 1980 miles on it. Car was in a spin around ice storm collision in atlanta georgia in early 1970s. Been sitting behind my dad shop in wood ever since.
Untested. I did stick something in speedometer to see if it spins and it did. I would oil it and clean it and do all the stuff needed to use it. Can't confirm beyond that. I'm no expert.
