Seller's Description
Made by I.P.E.W. local #203 (International Printers & Engraver's Union). The size is 1 1/2" by 2 1/4" by 7/8" and is a copper plate half-tone on a wooden block. Two views are given with a reversed scan as to how it would appear in the newspaper.
The image is of Orville Ross Hegel from Dayton, Ohio, either when he worked as an insurance agent or as an accountant in the N.C.R. factory during the 1920's.
