We offer CHEAPEST  shipping on most of orders! Sometimes FREE on many orders!

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 2nd Class).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

To qualify for a full refund, all goods should be returned within seven days of receipt by the purchaser at their cost. All Goods should be unused and returned to our address in it’s original packaging. Should we receive any returned goods which are found to have been assembled, operated or used in any way, our 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Once the goods have been received by ourselves and checked according to the refunds policy, a refund will be processed via the payment system used to take the initial payment. By purchasing any goods from KMS Printers, you are bound and agree to the above terms.
