Their representative says the money will be released after 21 days, it seems to be an automated process. We argued with them, but to no avail.
Obviously you have made the payment, you are acting in good faith. We will ship the items anyway and they will probably release the funds after 21 days from the original payment date, this seems to be the easiest way to sort this out.
