Welcome to Photo Stuff Online. We are pleased that you are able to visit our store.

We seek to provide a one stop source for your photographic needs. Whether you are a beginner, an amateur, an experienced photographer, or just have an interest in photography, you will find brand name items from the major manufacturers to satisfy your needs. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience here.

The majority of items listed in the store are new. Refurbished and used items are clearly labeled for your shopping convenience.

Of course, if you have questions regarding any item that is listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We try and answer all queries to the best of our knowledge.

Shipping Information
   

Processing time for shipping orders is a minimum of three business days unless stated otherwise.

In addition to this, please read below for more information.

  • Minimum processing time: 3 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
     

  • We use a number of suppliers and depending on where items are being shipped, shipping times will vary. This time will be posted in listings. Of course, if you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will assist as much as we can.
     

  • Shipment Time is the time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. We have no control over acts of nature. In the event that something should go wrong with the shipment, please let us know as soon as possible. Again, we will try and assist as much as we can.

If for any reason you need an item expedited, please contact us and we will arrange for expedited delivery. Expedited delivery will incur additional charges and you will be informed as to what those charges will be.

 
Store Policy

Return Policy
You may return* merchandise purchased from Photo Stuff Online for a refund provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. Some product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Please contact us directly to have this organized.

Please note that removing and altering a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number on any sticker for any reason will automatically void your Photo Stuff Online Return Policy. Products that are returned to Photo Stuff Online with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
 
Refunds
A processing/restocking  fee of 10% will apply to the value of all merchandise returned to us. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee will still apply. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. We can only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.

Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 10%  processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking fee. In some cases information is included in the package on how to proceed in the event that the item is defective.  Some items may only be returned to the manufacturer if found to be defective.  Please be guided by the information contained in the package.

Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt.

Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund return shipping cost.

Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
 
Returning Items
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The provided RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. Please contact us for shipping information to have your transaction completed.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important that you save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Photo Stuff Online.

Return Exception
There are some exceptions to our return policy.  Please ensure that you read and note these exceptions carefully.

The following items may not be returned.

  • Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink. Mobile phones Panasonic DVD recorders Computers Software (after opened) Televisions* Wall mounting brackets (after the manufacturer's box has been opened) Special order items

  • All televisions come with a full Manufacturers Warranty. All TVs over 26" include in-home service. If defective, they will be serviced (repaired or replaced) by a manufacturer authorized service technician. Photo Stuff Online can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Center.
