RETURNS INFORMATION
Returns accepted within 14 days, buyer is responsible for return postage fees.
POSTAGE INFORMATION
I post several times a week, not including weekends. I dont process any orders at weekends. Your item will be posted within 3 days, please be patient for it to arrive and purchase in plenty of time. All items are sent via royal mail business post 2nd class and scanned on delivery, proof of postage is being obtained
CUSTOMS CHARGES INFORMATION

PACKAGING INFORMATION
All items come packaged in tissue paper and an organza gift bag. Fragile items will be wrapped in bubble wrap.

CARE OF AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Costume jewellery is not intended for heavy/daily wear. Please try to keep it dry and remove before bathing. Silver plated items can become tarnished, to clean use a metal cleaner with soft cloth and rub gently to avoid removal of the silver plate.
