My name is Gail and I live in London. My roots are well grounded here, I was born and brought up in the London Borough of Bow, but I now live in Islington 'Angel' with my 
husband. We have one son who recently enabled us to join the ranks of grandparents but now live in Melbourne, Australia.
I do hope some of my listed items are of interest, and even though I am new to trading on eBid, with only a zero feedback rating [we all have to start somewhere], please be confident to trade with me. I have an excellent unconditional returns policy.

I have no wish to 'Stick It'
to anyone and actually want all my customers to be very happy 
with their purchase. If any item bought from me, fails to meet your expectations from my description, I will accept its return.
The return of all items sold on eBid will be accepted up to 14 business days after receipt of delivery, you then have a further 14 days in which to get the item back to me.
I value your custom regardless of the amount involved, and I do hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if there is a problem
please let me know in a polite 
manner, I will always be more than willing to come to an agreeable solution for you, or get to somewhere that will make you happy. However, preferably prior to posting an item, please get in contact to make me aware of your intention to return an item. I don't accept 'certificates of posting' as proof of delivery, therefore it is advisable that a Recorded Signed-For service is used.

With regards to all returns, they are accepted if the item is misrepresented, or is not usable for the purpose intended, I will of course reinstate a full refund, including the return carriage costs. If it does not fit, I will not accept returns as I always give accurate measurements. If you wish to return an item for any other reason than misrepresentation, I will only refund the cost of the item.

Finally, I will combine postage for additional purchases. I have no wish to make a profit on the carriage costs, and I don't make a charge for the packaging or handling costs. If I have miscalculated the actual shipping costs, any surcharge made above 50p for the service used, will be reinstated to your PayPal account. I take full responsibility for making sure that all items will arrive undamaged, they will be adequately and securely packaged to withstand any harsh
treatment they might endure in the mail
