Welcome to Westcountry Fitness

Although new to eBid and currently setting up our new 'eBid' store's, we've been selling via another 'well known' auction site on the internet for some considerable time now. We think eBid will allow us to keep our prices low due to low fee's so watch out for forthcoming auctions! One quick point...we will often use standard 'stock' images from our suppliers as we have to keep our time / cost low.

Our stock

Our aim is to stock and supply the leading brands and products you want. All our items are 100% authentic, UK sourced and come with the manufacturers guarantee - together with our own 'customer satisfaction' guarantee. We hope you like our product range, our customer service, low prices and guaranteed postal methods to ensure safe delivery. Sometimes we will list our own 'personal' items within our 'used' store - kept away from our normal new stock. These items will obviously be as described and are therefore non refundable / exchangeable as you would expect for a 'used' item.

We take great care and aim to provide the best quality at the most competitive price in UK and Europe. At present we can only accept payment by Paypal - a safe and secure payment method for both buyer and seller. Additional payment methods will be added at a later date.

Returns Policy

At Westcountry Fitness we want you, our customers, to be happy with your purchase. All our items are new, unless otherwise stated / listed in our 'used' store and if 'new' come with the manufacturers guarantee as standard. We are able to offer good savings on the UK RRP by working hard to source the right product at the right time...taking advantage when 'lines' are reduced / models are deleted from a range, 'custom' orders are cancelled, 'overstock' occurs etc. All items are genuine, 100% authentic and NOT graded products, nor do we source stock from outside of the UK. 

In the unlikely event that we should ever send you a defective or incorrectly supplied product we will either refund you in full or send out a replacement item. All defects / issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase without exception. (The manufacturers guarantee comes as specified, with the product you purchase for peace of mind.) 

The damaged / incorrect item will need to be returned to us for assessment via a recorded method. We are not liable for items returned that go missing in transit so advise you to ensure that the amount is covered and your postage costs will also be refunded.

Items returned must be in the same condition as supplied ie. returned with all supplied retail packaging, tags, components, manuals and warranty paperwork – in a ‘saleable’ condition.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Before making ANY return please email details of the problem to us and we will supply you with a RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER. Items returned without a ‘RETURNS NUMBER’ could be subjected to unnecessary delay.
