If you have a problem we would like you to tell us about it so we can try to put it right. Contact:Please use the site messaging service for all communications, we aim to respond next working day. Payments:We use PayPal for our payment processing and we are PayPal verified. PayPal securely process all major credit and debit cards. Payment within 4 days please. Goods are not packed until payment has been received and cleared. Postage & Packing:Postage / shipping options are clearly stated in the listings. We may at our discretion use an alternative delivery service or provider than advertised, with equal or better delivery times. Our Postage & Packing rates include packing materials, printing of postage labels and transport to the Royal Mail parcel office. Our postal charges include discounts for multiple items. However, if you intend buying a larger than normal quantity please let us know and we will quote separately for you. Shipping:We dispatch NEXT WORKING DAY unless stated otherwise in the advert. The most common reason for postal delay is when a delivery has been attempted and a card not left. Please contact your local sorting office and neighbours in the first instance.
