We use PayPal for our payment processing and we are PayPal verified.

PayPal securely process all major credit and debit cards.

Payment within 4 days please.

Goods are not packed until payment has been received and cleared.

Postage / shipping options are clearly stated in the listings.

We may at our discretion use an alternative delivery service or provider than advertised, with equal or better delivery times.

Our Postage & Packing rates include packing materials, printing of postage labels and transport to the Royal Mail parcel office.

Our postal charges include discounts for multiple items. However, if you intend buying a larger than normal quantity please let us know and we will quote separately for you.

We dispatch NEXT WORKING DAY unless stated otherwise in the advert.

The most common reason for postal delay is when a delivery has been attempted and a card not left. Please contact your local sorting office and neighbours in the first instance.

Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until after 15 work days in the UK.

For items returned to us because they are non-deliverable we will invite you to:

• Pay the postage to resend the goods to you or,
• If we don't hear from you within 30 days we will refund you minus expenses we have incurred.

International buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any import duties or tax.

We are not able to facilitate collections by any member of the public, even local ones.

Please contact us to arrange a return within 14 working days after the day you received the goods.

You will be asked to return the item to us at your expense as we do not refund return postage / shipping costs.

We advise you to obtain a proof of posting - it's free and covers loss or damage in the post.

Most returns are straightforward arrangements, however we have the right to decline a return request if:

1. You have removed the manufacturer's packaging, broached seals or have not taken good care, such that the goods can no longer be resold at the originally sale price.
2. You have exceeded the 14 day cooling off period.
3. The item is exempted under regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations i.e. digital recording media and software etc.

If the item you received is defective or damaged in transit please do not use it, keep everything and let us know as soon as you can.

We do not resolve defects, damage or claims that are the result of deliberate tampering, neglect or misuse, or where the goods have been used for a purpose other than advertised, or where manufacturer's instructions, guides or our good advice has not been followed.

We reserve the right to make a charge for any returned goods that are damaged in transit or are never received.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale without notice.

We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of your order.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, including postage.
