Postage
- I send everything the same day or first thing the next morning after receipt of cleared payment, except Sundays and holidays,
- Your parcel will be sent 1st Class Signed for (UK Mainland) so should usually arrive within a day or two, but please allow at least 7 working days in case of postal delays.
Payment
- I prefer payment by Paypal, but will accept uncrossed Postal Orders.
- Please contact me in advance before sending Postal Orders, and take note that I accept no responsability for them getting lost in the post,therefore, I recommend using Recorded Delivery.
International
- I accept paypal only for overseas transactions
Returns
- If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase,you have 14 days in which to return it to me.
- Please contact me in advance, and I will do my best to rectify the problem.
- All returns must be in a new and unused condition and with the original packing.
- Where there are multiples of an item,or if it is part of a set, the complete set or number of articles must be returned.
- Postage and packing costs will not be included in any refund given, unless the item is proved to be faulty, wrongly described or in anyway misrepresented.
