After we dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a tracking No., you can check your order with the number on courier's website, such as EMS, USPS. The international delivery usually take 5-9 working days.

If you are returning or exchanging items, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for exchange or refund. When requesting your return, please be ready to provide customer service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, we require photos showing the damaged packaging as well as proof of damage documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund

Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order and the error was made by a member of our staff, you are eligible for refund or exchange.

If your item is the size you ordered but does not fit you may return the item for an exchange

Clothes that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective.  However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact customer service to see if a return or refund is possible.

If you would like to cancel your order please do so within the first 24-48 hours. Once an order has been shipped, you must wait until you receive your item and process a return.
