Some Information About Candalaco
Hi everyone.
I have moved over here from another auction house.
I sell mainly candles and supplies as well as some body and baby products. I have a large feedback from other auction houses and hope that the confident placed in my service there follows me onto the ebid auction house and you find my products good value for money and my service second to none.
I will combine postage where there are multiple purchases for candles and supplies and smaller baby goods. Where there are multiple large purchases which each require a courier label, courier charge applies to each purchase and will be as the auctions state.
Most post under 2kg will be delivered by royal mail 2nd class delivery unless otherwise advised or required.
Maximum post over 2kg and up to 20kg in the uk is currently delivered via courier. Ensure that you email for postage costs prior to paypal payment if it is not obvious at the time of your purchase, as otherwise you could end up paying too much for your post.
I am also authorised to accept debit / credit cards over the telephone if required. Please email for details if you wish to pay this way. I also accept nochex, paypal and PPPay. If you have any problems, simpy email me as some actions don't seem to have the PPPay logo on them.
Baby products are sold under the manufacturers warranty. Contact me for return details where necessary.
