About me
So we've all seen the crazy tv shows like American Pickers, Storage Wars, Pawn Stars, Antiques Roadshow where people are sifting though junk to find the treasures you want. Well I may not have my own TV show (yet Lol) but after working for a non profit who specialized in retail sales of donated goods I decided to take a shot at my dream of becoming my own boss and a business owner. I started with my ecommerce business, I started off slow like any new business going from thrift shops to searching the web for anything I thought I could make a buck on. After a few months I was quickly learning what was in demand on the open market and I put my feet to the pavement and after some hard work I was turning a profit quickly. What I did not prepare for was the thrill I get from my new job and business, I love it! All of it from digging where nobody else will to find the right the item to my OCD kicking in overdrive when I prepare an item for shipping. I truly love my job and everything about it and I want my buyers to know it. I sell so many different items from electronics like a used Cuisnart Coffee Makerto Rare 1 of 1 Nike Sample shoes and I even sell car parts! I like to refer to my store as a "Unique Boutique" because there is simply no other way to phrase "I sell everything". I don't discriminate when I shop for my buyers, if I see it and I think that there might be somebody out there looking for it then I buy it! Its strange I know for someone to sell high end women's shoes and also sell antique duck figurines but strange is in my blood. I was born and raised in Portland Oregon and if you watch Portlandia you might know we're a little weird and love the strange and unique. I'm hopeful my drive to succeed and to start my own business to become my own boss will come to be my true calling.
