Genuine Vintage Vintage 9ct White Gold Sapphire Pearl Good Luck Wedding Brooch Pin
Hello there and welcome (kroeso) to my wee store.
I sell online in high-end shops and websites and pre-Covid used to attend trade fairs around the globe. I have a huge stock of "bargain basement" items which were great at fairs for inexpensive extras. I also have a massive stock of highly valuable and collectable items never seen before on the internet.
I find it heart-breaking that brooches such as this no longer seem to have the appeal they once did as they are one of the most versatile pieces of jewellery you could have.
ABOUT THIS BROOCH
Constructed from solid 9ct white gold (375 parts per 1000)
Fully assay marked UK and x-ray tested.
Dates to middle of the 20th Century (c1970s)
Features a fancy white silk bow attached to a white gold pin with round cabochon sapphires and white pearls and a horseshoe dangling down for luck.
Gemstone: Natural blue round cabochon sapphires and white pearls.
Fastens with a white gold pin and safety hook clasp - all in good order.
Condition is excellent, especially considering its age.
Height inc dropper is 29mm.
Width is 30 mm.
It sits 9.5 mm proud.
Weight is under 3 grams (I don't sell by weight anyways)
You would expect to pay between £200 and £350 for a brooch like this at a Designer jeweller, depending on your ability to hunt down a bargain.

CONDITION REPORT
Many of my brooches are VERY old and have some signs of this. I ensure they are fully operational and can be worn from arrival but I do not like polishing them to "as new" because I feel this detracts from their history. I will consider doing so, for a small fee, if you ask nicely ;-)
I guarantee all items to be as described and will accept a return on anything you are not happy with.
