Sunset in Arizona, Autumn in North Carolina? Sort of an iridescent Orange/Pink/Yellow/Whatever.... It catches light like crazy -- I mean, bright sunlight makes it go berserk, and even in a low-lit restaurant, it can't hide. It insists on being seen, and does SUCH a marvelous job of it. Cool stone, however you describe it. This ring is a nice design; Filigree flowing down the sides. A really pretty Sterling Silver ring -- very solid construction. This is one of those rings you'll pass down to your daughter.. It is simple enough for everyday wear, yet pretty enough to wear out in the evening. Please notice the thickness of the silver in this mounting. These are substantial, without being weighty. I like my stones well protected, and I assume you do too!
